Previously, Ron was a portfolio accountant at The Capital Group Companies working with institutional investors from large university endowment funds to major institution pension plans with assets of $1-5 billion. Mr. Duong is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) with Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance as well as studies in real estate development from the University of Southern California (USC). Michael Lee

Fabian Griffith


Fabian Griffith specializes in single-tenant triple net (NNN) nationwide. Fabian earned his bachelor’s degree in communication with an emphasis in organizational communication and public relations from California
State University, Los Angeles in 2017. In addition, he’s currently pursuing his master’s in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of La Verne. He brings a unique sports background, owning a successful small business specializing in athletic wear, was a personal trainer, won NBC’s Next Olympic Hopeful, and placed third on the USA bobsled team at the North American Cup. Leveraging his communications expertise and sports background, Fabian consistently illustrates his personable attitude, keen commitment to excellence, and competitive nature to seek out the best deal on behalf of clients.
